We understand that how we deliver our services directly affects our clients, and how important it is for us to always deliver top level performance.

Below is an overview of our five-step hiring process.

STEP ONE: THOROUGH APPLICATION PROCESS

Our application process was designed to learn as much as possible about the experience and talents of prospective personnel. We review their most recent ten-year employment and resident history, and a complete life medical history. Any gaps in information must be explained using a notarized form.

STEP TWO: MEDICAL HISTORY REVIEW

All applicants must complete a detailed life medical history to ensure nothing will impede them from doing their job.

STEP THREE: VERIFY EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Patrol Force has one of the most highly educated workforces in the security industry. The security environment is complex and requires quick decision-making skills as well as other important interpersonal skills. We ensure our personnel have the background experience, education and training needed to effectively carryout their duties.

STEP FOUR: EVALUATION AND INTERVIEW

We hold a stringent interview process to carefully evaluate the experience and interpersonal skills of applicants. Each person who advances to the position of security officer has been interviewed and thoroughly investigated by a Patrol Force team. Team performance is evaluated annually to ensure we are always up to date with modern security services.

STEP FIVE: EXTENSIVE TRAINING

We implement a three-part training program which consists of initial onboarding and training, specialized training and ongoing training. Learn about our detailed training here.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING

Client safety is of utmost importance to Patrol Force. We search for and hire only the best for our security force. We verify our candidates’ credentials and information using several resources. While undergoing the application process, candidates for security officer also undergo and must pass a detailed background screening. Our process includes the following.

DRUG SCREENING:

Testing for cocaine, methamphetamines, marijuana, and heroin.

CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK:

We conduct a federal level background check of all employees to ensure there are no felony records and no significant misdemeanors.

CONSUMER CREDIT REPORT:

The credit report is used to verify applicant name and address and to review their credit history.

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER VALIDATION:

The SS number validation check ensures applicant identity and issuance of a SS number

DRIVER’S LICENSE RECORD CHECK:

The Driver’s License check verifies the personal and physical identity of applicants and ensures a safe driving record.
